A Windhoek-based team, they are one of the oldest and biggest teams in the country. Always expected to challenge for top honors, the team is currently coached by Woody Jacobs.
ELEVEN ARROWS FC
Blue Boys are a Swakopmund Based outfit, they gained promotion from the southern stream first division coached by Paige Niilenge
RUNDU CHIEFS FC
Based in Rundu, it is a newly promoted team, having secured its place by winning the North East First Division. The team is coached by Gondolf Mukoya.
KK PALACE FC
Based in Ondangwa, they are a newly promoted outfit, having secured promotion by winning the North West First Division. The team is currently coached by Zambian coach Anderson Phiri.
OKAHANDJA UNITED FC
An Okahandja-based outfit, they finished in a respectable 6th position last season and will be aiming to improve on that performance this season. The team is coached by Richard Gariseb.

A Karasburg-based outfit, they finished as runners-up in the PSTBET NFA Cup last season. The team is coached by South African coach Galiel Pelwan.

Based in Walvis Bay, they are one of the oldest and biggest teams in the country. They are seasoned campaigners in the Debmarine Premiership currently coached by Lucky Shipanga
EESHOKE CHULA CHULA FC
Based in Eeshoke Village near Oshikango in the Ohangwena Region, the team is a two-time champion of the Dr. Hage Geingob Cup. They are currently coached by John Sikerete.
KHOMAS NAMPOL FC
Based in Windhoek, the team finished third last season and is expected to challenge for top positions again this season. They are coached by Fortune Gareth.
ONGOS FC
A Windhoek-based team, they finished as runners-up last season and are expected to challenge for the title again this season. The team is coached by Mervin Mbakera.

Based in Mariental, the team will be aiming for a successful season under the guidance of Coach Tomo Makoya.
